How to identify anxiety?
It is significantly important to know and be able to identify our feelings. Anxiety is one of our feelings.
With my personal and professional experience working with individuals who are familiar with anxiety, I'd love to share with you one thing that I know about anxiety.
It can be a common mistake that people make when they feel worried about something and react to those feelings. Sometimes, it feels like there are things we worry about for no reasons. If so, we may be struggling with anxiety.
It is very important that we pay attention to what we are thinking about and worrying about because it could be a sign of anxiety.
